WELD-1067 is the real cause of the problems here and not part of AS 7.1.x but will be in
EAP 6.0
Moved that concern to be covered in JBIDE-10116

When the server is started via "Run As on Server", and there were previous
projects deployed (both inside/outside of the IDE), they tend to all fail to start.
