for now, since all operations about the runtime installation are performed in jbossws
facet installation, so if you want change target jbossws runtime, you should uninstall the
jbossws facet and then
reinstall it, when reinstall it, you can change it in jbossws facet installing page,
it's really a little complicated.
Facet asks for webservice runtime on install but there is no way to
