Similary to JBIDE-11870, since EAP 6 CR1 is now available, we need to make sure the
archetypes we use in JBT/JBDS are up to date and working with EAP 6 CR1 maven repo.
For example for Java EE Web Project the pom depends on bom version 1.0.0.M7-redhat-1, but
the CR1 maven repo contains versions M11 and M12.
I will go through the other projects shortly.
