Eclipse help format is unfinished I think. In generated "Eclipse" folder there
are no plugin.xml and toc.xml which are needed for eclipse help system. I can't see
main-eclipse.xsl but I've attached our "eclipse.xsl" that should works fine
I hope. Mark, have a look please.
