Looks like XHTML or HTML validation. It's definitely not Seam validation.

Validation of XHTML files in Seam 2.2 runs very slow. Project containing ~100 entities
takes almost half an hour. Seems that resources required for validation are downloaded for
each file over and over again. Without internet connectivity, validation is stucked.
