I would not depend on Mars.1.
If user has Mars.1 then good. It will work fine.
If no, and still using Mars.0 then he/she should update if he wants to have this bug
fixed.

Since https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=466499 has been fixed, we can remove
the workaround related to styled label providers.
The fix is included in Mars 4.5.1 (Mars.1) and Neon 4.6.0M2.
