And devstudio 11.0.0.GA did not support cdk 3.2.0.
Try replacing "c:\DevelopmentSuite\cdk\bin\minishift.exe" binary with
cdk-3.2.0.exe (renamed to minishift.exe). I did that and not able to reproduce as I
mentioned in above comment.
