Steps to repro problem:
1. install Eclipse JEE SR0
2. Help > Install new > add
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/indigo/
3. select Abridged category. Next. Note errors (as above).
4. Cancel.
Steps to then verify the fix:
5. Help > Install new > add
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/core/3.3.indigo/
6. select Abridged category. Next. Note NO ERRORS!
7. install. Restart when prompted.
