Fixed the issues in section 2 and updated the issues listed in 3.2. Added a new section
for BPMN2 issues as well.
Edit: This comment did not go through yesterday and I didn't realize it. Waiting your
ack to fix up anything that needs it and in the meantime, publishing docs so that there is
a beta release notes available.
