Empty runtime field and disabled checkbox appears only when used 4.x Drools runtime with
5.x code compatibility.
Drools project created w/o Drools runtime if Use default Drools
runtime was selected while creation.

EXECUTE: Set Drools runtime in Preferences.
EXECUTE: New-> Project -> Drools project
EXECUTE: Check Use default Drools runtime checkbox and press Finish button
ASSERT: Project should be created w/o errors. Drools runtime should be enabled for the
project in Properties.
FAILURE: Drools runtime isn't enabled for the project in Properties if "Use
default Drools runtime" was selected while creation.
