Suppose we are having two maven installation(e.g 3.1.1 and 3.2.2) on system, and
currently JBDS is using maven 3.1.1 and setting.xml from MAVEM_HOME(3.1.1)/conf directory.
If we change maven installation from window-->Preferences-->Maven-->Installation
to maven 3.2.2 release,and if we check "User Setting" we can see JBDS is
referring to setting.xml from 3.1.1 installation only.
Bydeafult JBDS should use setting.xml from maven installation, but if user wants to use
setting.xml from other location then they can select
