Note that we could add another parameter to both jobs so you can push to snapshots
(default), staging, development, or stable. That way it's easier to clean up old
builds in snapshots/staging and just keep the stable (GA) / development (milestones)
builds.

We need a staging location for the bits for SSP server and the VSCode adapters extension.
Anything that will just hold files and folders will suffice.
