I'm still encountering this issue randomly. Generally it happens either:
- 1st time I try to start AS instances concurrently after I started JBDS up.
- Or if I wait for 30 seconds+ before starting the 2nd AS instance.

Paralell start of AS instances should be supported. If I have a cluster of
2 nodes, I know I can start the 2nd node as soon as I've seen the first
JGroups channel being created in the 1st started node.
