As described in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=531844 there's an easy
way to enable file auto-refresh:

# lightweight auto-refresh on access by default
org.eclipse.core.resources/refresh.lightweight.enabled=true

So we could add this to the devstudio plugin_customization.ini file to get this in
devstudio too.
