I now clear images and instances if you refresh a cloud (see JBIDE-7554), you therefore
should not be able to perform any action on any instance while you refresh their cloud.

I think this 'deadlock' happens when you try to do action and we are still
refreshing cloud. I think implementing JBIDE-7554 could solve this issue.
