Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any xhtml with VPE. Open Properties View.
2. Open one more Properties View.
3. Open the page with Web Page Editor.
4. I see that only one view shows the selection (make sure "pins this property view
for current selection" is disabled). Seems to be a bug of WTP.
5. Switch to VPE. Now I see that that only one view works though the properties views are
from JBT.

Properties View -> View Menu -> New Properties View; in both should be one content
for one selected item if no pin - but this is not true, or better to say - it is not
always a true - try to open one more properties view for "Web Page Editor",
switch between VPE and WPE...
