The offending class has been removed in wtp 3.0. It is still in the maintenance branch,
though, and just as useless.

EXECUTE: Create any web project (JSF 1.2 KickStart for example)
EXECUTE: right mouse click on the project in Package Explorer -> Run as-> Open Run

ASSERT: New cofiguration should be created
