Isaac,
this scrip it just disable unity global menu for eclipse. Global menu is one that placed
on top of the screen like on Mac. Setting UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0 environment variable before
calling jbdevstudio forces eclipse use regular menu inside window.
It is good for unity people, because they don't need to write scrip and this script
affects only eclipse window, all other application windows will use global menu.

After installing jbdevstudio-product-linux-gtk-x86_64-4.1.0.v201107151650R-H633-CR3.jar,
it seems all menus but the "Window" one are missing.

I don't have the problem using a stock Helios JavaEE distro.
