Since WTP for Eclipse 3.5 works with EAR/lib I think we can solve this issue for 3.1

JBT uses MANIFEST.MF for setting up artifact classpath, whilst Seam recommends the use of
the EAR lib/ directory. By not following this recommendation, JBT users are running in to
a number of classloading problems.
