I've thought about it too.
We use 2 places for holding LaunchConfiguration files:
standard eclipse .metadata folder (simple hibernate java, jpa projects use this) and
project's folder (seam projects).
So this works for seam project and doesn't work for simple hibernate projects.
'Hibernate Configurations' view is not updated after
