CSS dialog and CSS Editor used the same model, so it changed when user changed something
in dialog, it's changed in editor too. When user press OK button, it's saves
changes, else it's reverts steps which was done in dialog.
New CSS style editor has flakey tab behavior

See attached - for some reason we are adding/removing tabs to the dialog when we are
selecting the style name. Can't we simply just have a disabled or empty tab for the
Preview and Edited properties and not have them become the selected one when they become
enabled ?
