No idea why its called M4 nor why BPEL examples weren't just put in its own plugin/example name. I guess we can remove it without problems ? Only the old Milestone releases will be affected by it and I guess it will just not show up since the url will be gone ? About location then I initially rooted for download.jboss.org because there would be no subtle changes in there, but on the other hand it is hard to update and you can't easily track the changes made.
