Yes, Slava, everything is OK. I checked it today in trunk. Changes in
JSPPropertySheetConfiguration don't influence on deadlock. I didn't commit changes
in branch because at the moment of the fix I thought that CR3 would be built from trunk.
VPEEditorPart class contains only one line changed. So I don't see any barriers to
commit this little change in branch as soon as it's available.

for reproduce this for test case you should :
1.place cursor in <rich:menuItem ... />
2.in Properties view click on row "iconStyle"
3. click on button "..."
4.Click "Ok" button
only restart eclipse will help.
