Eugene, I still do not understand why prefix are needed at all. $ and # are the two
standard ones; please show how any user is supposed to change that ? An ELResolver just
resolve from name to a value - no prefix setup is possible.

It looks like the EL replacement is just doing pure string replacement.
If I put in "projectName" as an EL variable I do not expect it to replace all
occurcences of the string "projectName".
I do expect it to only replace #{projectName}
