This SmookLauncher class I would probably have in a separate project/jar which you then add to the classpath for the launchconfiguration. Then that jar is simply a basic resource. Unfortunately I can't remember from the top of my head the right way to get that but look for Bundle and "add jar from bundle in eclipse to launch" and google should be able to help you ;) btw.
