please clarify if you want to keep m2e on Extras site but add to installer, or move into
Core too.
Also, how much of m2e should be added, and what version(s) ?

I'm assuming that this should be done like we do w/ the TestNG and BPEL stuff --
simply inject it into the installer:

Alternatively, we could move m2e from Extras to Core.
