Marked as LATER for now. I don't think undeploy will be the right semantics in case
you want want to keep the module deployed.
JBoss Tools doesn't undeploy projects when server is stopped.

When we undeploy projects (JBoss Server View/Add and Remove Projects) and the server is
stopped, JBoss Tools doesn't remove the project from deploy directory
(.plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core/{JBoss_Server}/deploy).
