[~jeffmaury] I believe that things did improve with my changes for JBIDE-24184 and as
[~rob.stryker] already mentioned, I cannot see what else we can do. If you can still
experience slowness this must be some upstream issue. Can you please confirm/refute?
Resolving this as *WONTFIX*. Please feel free to reopen it if you think that we should
report upstream.

When the server adapter has been created and just started, if you restart in debug, it is
very slow to restart. It seems to happen only the first time after you created it and
started.
