That's definitely not tests related problem, but tests add at least 1h 10m to the
build time. Look at first and last test log entries.

I don't know that recent additions have caused this (yet) but some time after Jan 10
6pm (JBIDE #1302) and Jan 11 9am (JBDS #1315), the build has decided to take at least
twice as long as before.
