The XHTML code above blocks not only XHTML Syntax validator but Structured Editor and even
Eclipse by retrieving DTDs by XML Outline View. This issue is easy to reproduce by any
Structured Editor with XML Outline View, so a new BugZilla is created:

Right now it is almost impossible to create seam 2 project. Validation of XHTML templates
takes too long (about 1-3minutes per 1 template)
