It says that the embeddable cartridges could not be loaded when creating the jenkins app. So this clearly is a distinct issue. This is about problems creating the jenkins app whereas this issue was about embedding cartridges. I'll close this issue and let you open a fresh one for errors when creating the jenkins app. But please try it a few times before filing.
