Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
I can't reproduce the issue unless I make the window smaller which causes the widgets
displaying the example details to disappear.
After making the window bigger, the widgets appear again.
I have tested the issue on WIndows XP.
Example details disappear when wizard page is resized

1. open Project Examples wizard
2. try resizing wizard window - OK
3. select some example in tree
