We would have to check dependencies for each JBoss Central feature. The only way to do it
is to use the P2 API. This could be very slow especially if there are big and/or slow
update sites. Loading the Software/Update page could be very slow.

Per Max, "we implement Central so we can make it do what we want/need."
So, we need to implement a way of having optional dependencies in Central. I believe the
goal here would be to mark git integration w/ github and w/ mylyn as OPTIONAL when
installing com.jboss.jbds.git.feature.
