When file opened in VPE:
at first openning shows always Visual/Source tab
at next opennings shows last used tab
Preferences in Window->Preferences->RedHat->Editors->VPE don't work. SO
need to remove them, or make them work properly.
Default tab of VE isn't changed according to the preferences
settings

1. Select Window -> Preferences in main menu
2. Select Red Hat -> Editors -> Visual Page Editor in preferences dialog
3. Select General tab
4. Choose "source" for default editor tab
5. Press Apply and Ok button
6. Open Visual Editor
7. Default tab editor is "Visual/Source"
