Steps to Reproduce: Try to run the CDI 2.0 itests smoke suite with the following
command: *mvn clean install -Pcdi20-smoke-tests -DskipTests=false* (you will be
unsuccessful, the *cdi20-smoke-tests* profile is not there) (was: Try to run the CDI 2.0
