We also found out that one cannot replicate this on csb mac laptops where the Red Hat Root
certificate is installed and always trusted.
It thus turns out that this only happens if you have the Red Hat Root certificate
installed "untrusted". The very first time that you're requested to trust
the certificate for
https://open.paas.redhat.com you'll see that it's derived from
the former (not shown on any latter request):

Derived from this the workaround is pretty easy: go to apple keystore and always trust the
Red Hat Root Certificate:

Result:
The dialog shows up again with the *always trust "open.paas.redhat.com"*
unchecked. It doesnt seem to matter if you check it: the dialog shows up again and again
and again and again...
