Now drag actions work for specified components. Anyway, DND capabilities of the VPE are
very basic and drop actions are not available in certain cases. We will try to improve the
state of things in JBIDE-5042.

In this issue I'll list the components that should support DND, but the don't
support it at all. List will be filled in future.
1) h:commandButton
2) h:inputText doesn't support DND if the source tag is split, for example:
<h:inputText value="one">
</h:inputText> this test case attaches to XULRunner 1.8, too.
