I've fixed my mistake for seam 1.2 war, but it seems seam 2.0 war project always have
seam.properties in src/action to avoid test problems :) because if I've removed it it
always fails. So checked previous version of JBoss Tools and it looks like seam 2.0
project worked this way before, so left it as is.

Apparently myfaces jar are no longer in seam lib instead there are jsf RI jars....so we
dont run against the right jars.
Any seam action test should fail.
