Yes, the most obvious way to fix this is to set XULRunner as a default browser for Linux
only (actually, the sqlite problem (JBIDE-9144) is reproducible only on Linux, so we do
not need to avoid WebKit on MacOS and Windows).
Installing JBoss Tools 3.3 into Eclipse causes some problems for the
Welcome screen

Reproduce:
- Install a brand new Eclipse 3.7/Indigo, EE version
- Install New Software

- Select every checkbox, agree to licenses
- Restart
- when Eclipse restarts this is how the Welcome screen looks.
