ОК, as I understand this, the idea to allow for one {{VpeTemplate}} to process not only
one tag, but a group of tags?
Syntactically, it could be done by allowing to use expressions with {{*}}(star) characters
in the {{vpe:template-taglib@uri}} and {{vpe:tag@name}} attributes.

Exist couple of libraries(JSF2, JSP) which provide possiblity of custom templates. So we
need extension which allows provide custom template handler for VPE, smth simular like
jsf2 libraries.
