It happens to us from version to version so I'd propose:
1. Insert current year during build using ant replace task so we'll never have this
issue again unless someone forget use template variable instead of plain text
2. Get rid of version number from graphical media, where it is possible
2. Use JAI (or something else) to render version number and copyright text in splash
screen or at least create issue with references to graphics that should be updated for
each new release. This issue should be cloned every time after it is fixed.

Right now all copyright informations within JBDS has as last year 2009. I'm not sure
but probably we should change it to 2010.
For example JBoss Developer Studio About box has text "(c) Copyright JBoss by Red
Hat, contributors and others 2004 - 2009. " and probably should be "(c)
Copyright JBoss by Red Hat, contributors and others 2004 - 2010."
