(3) jsf facet doesn't get installed, because servlet facet isn't installed, and for some other as yet unknown reason (4) jax-rs facet doesn't get installed, as servlet facet isn't installed, and because Forge doesn't use the JAXRS activator class (5) bean validation facet doesn't get installed as archetype doesn't generate a validation.xml (list made by pmuir)
