In the rb-0.12.x branch of m2eclipse-core the
AbstractProjectConfigurator.mavenProjectChanged(MavenProjectChangedEvent event,
IProgressMonitor monitor) method is changed from protected to public. I have fixed compile
errors caused by this change.

The m2eclipse Java configurator ignores compiler setting in a parent project and uses the
default setting (1.4) which causes an error when creating a Java facet >= 5.0/1.5.
