And currently the selection is collapsed to the startOffset and expanded to the endOffset
of sourceSelection, this is right for left-to-right selection.

1. Create JSF 1.2 Kickstart project
2. Create new empty jsp page
3. Type some text as new page text
4. Try to select part of the text in VPE using Left Arrow + Shift longer than 1
character
FAILURE: Not possible to select text longer than 1 character
