[~adietish] have tried another devenvs instance, also need to restart Eclipse to show the
tree of Quickstarts item, remember it did not need to do so before.
please refer the below logs:
trace_before_restart.log ## contain the logs before restarting Eclipse
trace_after_restart.log ## contain the logs after restarting Eclipse
