The official JBDS/enterprise docs include instructions on how to install/configure the
Enterprise BRMS product. We do not need to try to remove "Drools" nor
"Guvnor" as this is inherited from the community documentation but we can also
include BRMS instructions since that is somewhat unique, has different download &
packaging characteristics. The BRMS team should be able to provide that content and
ideally just update the upstream docs accordingly.
