I believe I've fixed the "changing" issue. They should now be able to change
the JDK / JRE so long as a suitable JRE / JDK is available. Not sure if this still
requires some help from Dennis for the installer?

When starting JBDS 2.1 with jdk 1.5, EAP is configured to use jdk 1.5. The user
can't change jdk for the server.
