Resolution: Done
The Image and the Instance-View now always have "Refresh" available, even if no
item is listed. Refresh forces new items to be loaded. On an "invalid" cloud
(with invalid url or invalid credentials), a fresh load is triggered and the load-Error
reappears.
This seems consitent to me to the way the Cloud View behaves.

Currently context menu item 'Refresh Instances' is enabled and does nothing
