Due to see "Open Seam Component" as well as other Seam-related toolbar/menu
items you should go first to "Command Group Availability" Tab of "Customize
Perspective..." Dialog then enable "Seam UI" Command Group and press
"OK" button. "Open Seam Component" becomes enabled and visible for me
right after I do this.

I was inspecting the toolbar to test actions when I noticed that there was no "Find
Model Object" button. I did find the "Open Seam Component" and "Open
Spring Bean" buttons, but I'm in the Teiid perspective.
Even with the Seam perspective closed, there toolbar contains these buttons.
