One correction. The value specified in the plugin_customization.ini file should be
org.guvnor.tools/guvnor_loc_template=http\://localhost\:8080/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/webdav/
not
org.guvnor.tools/guvnor_loc_template=http\://localhost\:8080/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/webdavs/
(i.e. "webdav" not "webdavs" at the end)

When creating a new WebDav connection the default values populated reflect that of the
.org bits.
Repository value shows as "/drools-guvnor/...." instead it should be
"/jboss-brms/..."
